Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant experience with at least one year at management level.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hire, inspire, train, develop, terminate, and discipline team members.
• Supervise and direct employee work.
• Ensure consistent achievement of food quality, taste, presentation, guest service, and safety standards.
• Maintain the unit's cleanliness and sanitation.
• Engage with guests to ensure pleasant experiences.
• Work throughout the restaurant in various positions.
• Monitor and order inventory and supplies.
• Record sales, expenses, payroll, and other financial records.
• Deliver cash deposits to the local depository bank.
• Create and adhere to the unit's budget.
• Coordinate local area marketing activities.
• Understand and adhere to employment and food service laws and regulations.
