Job summary

Arctic Circle in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to supervise daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires hands-on training across systems, a focus on food quality and safety, and budget oversight.

Expect a demanding, fast-paced environment with ongoing opportunities to supervise staff and engage customers. Responsibilities include staffing, inventory control, financial recordkeeping, and local marketing

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant experience with at least one year at management level.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license.

Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

• Working holidays and weekends is typically required. The work schedule typically requires approximately 50 hours per week.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and dependable. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to perform without supervision.
• Able to use a computer to record unit data and be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid Driver's License is required.

Experience:

• Two years of restaurant experience with at least one of the years at Management level.

Education:

• Preference will be given to applicants with a High School Diploma.

Benefits:

• $3500 Monthly salary plus incentives determined based on unit performance.
