Arctic Circle is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This leadership role thrives under pressure and focuses on delivering outstanding guest service.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, assist with hiring and training, and uphold food safety and quality standards while supporting local marketing and overall unit performance.

• Basic computer skills for reporting and recordkeeping.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, developing, coaching, and disciplining team members.
• Supervise and direct daily employee work and performance.
• Ensure consistent achievement of food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall unit organization.
• Interact with guests to ensure positive dining experiences.
• Work in various restaurant positions as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
• Record and track sales, payroll, expenses, and other financial data.
• Prepare and deliver cash deposits.
• Assist with creating and managing the unit budget.
• Support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and food safety regulations.
