The League Kitchen & Tavern in Austin, TX is hiring Restaurant Managers to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, upholding guest service and food quality. You will manage daily operations, optimize costs, and drive a superior dining experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in restaurant management, strong math/reporting skills, and a passion for hospitality. Evening/holiday/weekend availability is required, with a high school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude and strong communication.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.
