Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality role.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude and guest-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Availability to work opening hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.
