Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes in Austin is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead FOH & BOH operations, ensuring guest service and food quality meet our standards. You will apply hospitality know-how to manage opening hours, weekends, and holidays while controlling costs and boosting team retention.

The role requires 2+ years in a restaurant supervisory role, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a high school diploma (hospitality cert a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Restaurant Assistant Manager or related hospitality role.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented with good communication and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality standards.
