Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes in Austin, TX is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality standards are upheld. You will work weekends and holidays, apply your hospitality experience, manage staff, control costs, and foster a positive dining experience.

2+ years in hospitality preferred; familiarity with Aloha/Toast is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality role.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Aloha or Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Help minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
• Deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
