Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handler Card required.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in providing excellent guest service.
• Interact with Guests and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Lead assigned assistants to ensure optimum service.
• Complete closing reports and shift duties as assigned.
