Job summary

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Chesapeake, VA to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations. You will ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service, lead a dynamic team, and drive guest satisfaction with a proven leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front and back of house operations in a restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house and back of house operations.
• Supervise hourly staff, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Review applications, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Schedule staff and manage weekly hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training for FOH and BOH teams.
• Ensure food prep and service adhere to recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security measures at the restaurant.
• Manage costs through weekly inventory and waste control.
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging work environment.

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
