Job summary

Frontera Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Lead Server to join our management team. This casual dining concept has served metro Atlanta families since 1987, and we pride ourselves on service and quality food.

As Lead Server you will open/close the restaurant, supervise the service on your shift, help resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. We offer $18-$20 per hour, paid time off for full-time staff, employee meals, and generous discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurants.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility opening and closing procedures.
• Manage all personnel on each shift.
• Oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the GM is off duty.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure those daily cash drawers, and credit cards are balanced.
• Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.
• Achieve operational objectives.
• Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
