Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills required for daily restaurant operations.
• ServSafe certification (Ohio) required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures.
• Manages people, product, and equipment to deliver the Mission & Promise.
• Maintains safety files and health/food safety binder for Associates.
• Evaluates coupon usage and detailed sales reports.
• Trains and coaches Associates to meet Donatos standards.
