Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Lakewood, OH, focusing on staff development and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coach team members, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to cash handling, safety, and quality standards to uphold our Mission & Promise.

The role requires flexibility to work opening, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays, with prior Donatos MIT program experience preferred for internal candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Internal candidates must complete required Donatos training.
• External candidates with 1 year in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures each new associate receives proper onboarding and training.
• Models performance standards and coaches the team.
• Maintains optimal staffing levels across volume periods.
• Controls cash and assets in accordance with policies.
• Empowers staff to resolve customer concerns to satisfaction.
• Communicates customer feedback and drives improvement plans.
• Engages the local community to build partnerships and growth.
• Oversees food safety, sanitation, and quality to meet Donatos standards.
