Job summary

The Eastburn Public House in Portland, OR is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations. This family-run pub emphasizes work/life balance and professional hospitality, with a goal of delivering excellent guest service.

Weekends and some holidays are required; leadership will coordinate FOH/BOH, events, and marketing programs while maintaining a high-volume, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years restaurant management in a full-service setting.
• Experience leading a team of 30–35 employees.
• Ability to manage FOH, BOH, bars, and events.
• Experience with POS system management and reports.
• Ensure maintenance and safety compliance per health, safety, OSHA, and fire regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews for FOH staff.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to build awareness and traffic.
