JINYA Ramen Bar in Massapequa Park (new location) is seeking results-driven Restaurant Managers and Assistant General Managers to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive financial performance while maintaining the brand’s service and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel out of state for concept training is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience in full-service dining preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest service focus.
• Team building and staff development abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently.
• Willingness to travel out of state for concept training.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Manage P&L performance, labor costs, and controllable expenses while maximizing revenue.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members; coach supervisors and shift leaders.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns promptly.
