JINYA Ramen Bar in Washington, DC is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant with a focus on exceptional guest service and operational excellence. You will set expectations for FOH/BOH, drive productivity, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food quality while delivering fast, accurate service.

The General Manager will liaison with upper management and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and accountability across all shifts, ensuring a premier dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant and/or hospitality, high-volume preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task.
• Lead by example, motivate team, and present information clearly.
• Work well under pressure and manage inventory/operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead entire restaurant operation.
• Serve customers professional with steps of service.
• Oversee guest experience from start to finish.
• Train and coach FOH/BOH staff and franchise operations.
• Manage scheduling, breaks, and payroll-related tasks.
