Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Enid, OK to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure food safety and brand standards. You will hire and onboard staff, coach a team, and report to the Restaurant District Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a Circle K restaurant.
• Own all financial and operational metrics to drive profitability.
• Hire, train, and onboard staff for all positions.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and health compliance.
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory controls and audits.
• Communicate with the Restaurant District Manager regularly.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/periodic paperwork and schedules.
• Lead training for Restaurant Assistant Manager for continuity.
• Enforce brand standards and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
