Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Elk City, Oklahoma to oversee daily operations of a Company operated restaurant. You will lead staff, manage operations and financial metrics, and report to the Restaurant District Manager.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, proficiency in MS Office, a valid driver’s license, and open availability. Training and development are emphasized within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.
• Oversee people, operations, and financial metrics.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality in line with Brand standards.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Train and coach team members and supervisors.
• Prepare schedules, deadlines, and necessary administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with health department regulations.
