Circle K in Watonga, OK is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction. You will coach and interview team, maintain cleanliness, manage cash and inventory, and ensure food safety.

This full-time role requires flexibility with shifts and a focus on teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping.
• Directs team to follow food prep and safety guidelines.
• Cascades information to team members and assists with training.
• Ensures product quality and health department compliance.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team in RM's absence; manage daily tasks.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and shift paperwork.
• Ensure food safety and adherence to brand standards.
• Train and onboard new product launches and staff.
• Maintain health codes and safety practices throughout shifts.
• Communicate operational metrics to management.
