Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking experienced restaurant managers to lead operations at locations in South Florida and beyond. Prior food management certification and an ownership mindset are required.

You must be flexible with scheduling, able to transfer locations, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. The role involves ensuring health code compliance, maintaining daily logs, attending regular meetings, and evaluating staff.

Qualifications

• Current food management certification.
• Ownership mentality and leadership capabilities.
• Flexible scheduling; Flanigan’s is open 365 days a year.
• Willing to transfer to a different geographical location.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Stand and move for up to 50–55 hours per week; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Maintain the manager’s daily log in English.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Read the weekly memo and complete monthly evaluations.
• Coordinate with all managers at shift changes and report events honestly.
• Adhere to company policies, dress codes, and health code standards.
• Attend quarterly supervisor meetings.
