Job summary

NextGen Hospitality Solutions in Maryland is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service dining operation. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and build a strong culture that supports profitability.

You’ll recruit and develop front- and back-of-house teams, manage P&L, budgets, and labor costs, maintain health and safety standards, and push growth through outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service concepts.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of food costs, labor management, and P&L.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and operational standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
