You will perform steps of service, take orders, process payments, and balance receipts while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly guest service to a 3-6 table section, following all steps of service and bussing to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Accurately record and account for all items ordered, process payments, and balance sales/receipts per restaurant policies.
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
• Effectively transport food or beverages to tables.
• Operate POS, Frequent Diner, Gift Card and Credit Card terminals.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken directions and multitask in a busy environment.
