The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, certification in food safety and alcohol service, and a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
