You'll supervise a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment, develop teams, enforce food safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction through teamwork and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food handlers certification / Alcoholic beverage servers certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
