Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a floor manager in upscale, high-volume dining.
• Passion for fresh, local ingredients and guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience and lead a collaborative team.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality across the dining room.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and P&L considerations.
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
