Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Troy location to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless front- and back-of-house service and a high-energy dining atmosphere.

You will lead a team to uphold service excellence, manage budgets, and execute brand standards, while driving guest satisfaction and local marketing efforts. A dynamic, fast-paced environment offers growth and compensation tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and staff training ability.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS, etc.).
• Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain service standards and elevate guest experience.
• Monitor quality, vendor relationships and sanitation compliance.
• Schedule staffing and optimize floor coverage.
• Lead training, performance reviews, and team development.
