Denny's in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Restaurant Manager to supervise 15–20 crew across day and night shifts, ensuring a great guest experience and adherence to brand standards.

You will lead operations, hire and develop staff, monitor budgets and quality, and work with the General Manager to drive sales while maintaining sanitation and safety.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent communication in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in the English language.
• Willingness to work 50-55 hour weeks, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Guest experience is the priority; coach staff to address guest complaints promptly.
• Direct shift operations to meet standards and optimize guest experience.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly staff; maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee sanitation, food safety, and compliance with Brand Standards.
• Interpret financial and operational reports; help meet budget goals.
• Drive sales, guest counts, and local store marketing initiatives.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain safety and security.
• Foster teamwork and be willing to perform various duties as needed.
• Support General Manager with store performance and daily operations.
