Denny's in Montebello, CA seeks a Restaurant Manager to supervise 15-20 crew, ensure smooth shift operations, and uphold service and quality standards. You will work with peers to support the General Manager, cover day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays, and focus on guest satisfaction.

You will lead hiring, staff development, and cost control while maintaining brand standards and performing at a high level under pressure.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and understand contributing factors.

Responsabilidades

• Guests first: coach staff to address guest concerns promptly.
• Direct shift operations to meet standards and optimize guest experience.
• Assist in recruiting, development, and retention of hourly employees.
• Interpret financial and operational reports with the GM to hit profit goals.
• Drive sales, guest count, and local store marketing with management.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Resolve problems promptly and communicate with the General Manager.
