Job summary

Subway in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience. You will ensure high food quality, cleanliness, and safe, efficient service while managing inventory, cash controls, and staff training.

Qualifications

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
