Geronimo Hospitality Group in Beloit, Wisconsin, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead planning, training and operations to meet sales goals and guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee staffing, ensure food quality and sanitation, and drive a positive, productive work environment.

This role requires a professional demeanor, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of food and beverage service with at least three years of relevant experience. U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of service and food & beverage
• Three years of front-of-house/back-of-house ops and/or assistant management experience
• Current Food Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, payroll, inventory and other managerial duties as assigned.
• Understand policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure guests are welcomed with responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served to Geronimo recipes and standards.
• Achieve restaurant objectives in sales, service, quality, facility cleanliness, and staff development.
• Control cash receipts per restaurant policies and procedures.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Develop staff across managerial and professional areas.
• Prepare all required paperwork and schedules promptly.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good condition.
