Job summary

BelAir Cantina in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive strong business results. You will coach the management and hourly teams, manage labor and costs, ensure safety and quality, and partner with leadership to achieve restaurant goals.

This is a hands-on, in-person leadership role focused on hospitality and people development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience; GM experience preferred
• Experience managing financial performance including labor and food costs
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant management and hourly teams
• Create a positive workplace culture with accountability
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and high food/beverage standards
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain staff
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and other KPIs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, licensing, and compliance
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Partner with leadership to achieve goals and communicate priorities
• Conduct weekly management meetings and coordinate cross-location support
