Job summary

The Line DC is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to guide daily operations across restaurant, coffee shop, and in-room dining. You will lead with integrity, maintain high service standards, and foster an outstanding guest and employee experience in a vibrant Adams Morgan space.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage floor shifts, train and develop staff, optimize costs, and collaborate on menus, promotions, and brand initiatives to drive guest traffic and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role in hospitality/restaurant operations.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with POS/F&B procurement systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, coffee shop, and in-room dining operations including floor/FOH and BOH coordination.
• Lead floor shifts; manage opening/closing procedures for consistent quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers and support staff.
• Collaborate on beverage program oversight and inventory management.
• Drive profitability with cost controls and adherence to financial reporting.
