The LINE DC, part of The LINE Hotels, seeks an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across restaurant, coffee shop, and in-room dining in Adams Morgan. You will drive guest satisfaction, team development, and fiscal performance with integrity and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in a restaurant environment.
• Experience in high-volume dining and/or fine dining preferred.
• Strong understanding of MS Excel and Word and F&B software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations across restaurant, coffee shop, and in-room dining.
• Manage floor shifts and service procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with beverage, culinary, and marketing teams to drive guest traffic and engagement.
• Ensure menus are correctly programmed into POS and reporting systems.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and labor; implement cost-saving measures.
• Lead team meetings to communicate goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
