Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Tomball, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee FOH and BOH operations, ensuring guest service and food quality. You will lead front-of-house service teams, work with the AM team, and support budgeting and scheduling to optimize costs and retention.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality leadership, know Aloha/Toast, and demonstrate strong math, communication, and team-management skills. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership or similar hospitality role.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha or Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and team management abilities; open to weekend/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to uphold service and food quality standards.
• Manage opening hours, including weekends and holidays, to maximize guest experience.
• Help minimize operating costs and boost employee retention as part of the RM team.
