Job summary

Summer House on the Lake in Disney Springs is hiring a Restaurant Manager. The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment and involves leading service with our front-of-house teams.

Oversee daily operations, manage shifts, mentor staff, and support the GM in driving sales and controlling costs while upholding Lettuce Entertain You's culture of caring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct the daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee line, temp and cooler checks.
• Organize opening and closing shifts and reconcile nightly numbers.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while promoting our Culture of Caring.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback promptly.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train and develop BOH employees as needed.
• Perform inventories of food/beverage and place supply orders.
• Model teamwork and maintain professional conduct with guests, vendors and staff.
• Work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends at multiple sites.
