Job summary

Everything But Water at Disney Springs is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-focused, high-sales environment. You will help lead a team of Associates, manage daily store operations, staffing, and inventory, and ensure exceptional service while driving results.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail, 1–2 years in management, and open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail sales
• 1-2 years in retail management
• Open availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Effective customer engagement skills
• Basic merchandising and visual skills
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical requirement to stand/walk for eight hours and lift 15 lb
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write)
• Must be able to work single shifts (work alone from time to time)

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and expenses to optimize results
• Support Store Manager in staffing levels to ensure excellent customer service
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and schedule associates accordingly
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training Associates
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
• Support a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and adjust behaviors
• Supervise and train staff in Store Manager’s absence
