Summer House Durango (Las Vegas) is hiring a Restaurant Manager via Lettuce Entertain You. The position requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Ability to develop guest rapport and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee opening/closing duties and nightly numbers.
• Organize smooth daily operations and guest/employee experience.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while promoting our Caring culture.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
• Partner with GM to interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Perform inventories, place orders, and inspect deliveries.
• Promote teamwork across all teams; handle challenges with tact.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and travel as needed.
• Move/lift up to 50 pounds as required.
