QUALITY BRAND GROUP LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee store operations at Dunkin’ locations in Texas. You will recruit, train and develop team members, ensure quality service and cleanliness, and drive sales and profitability through strong leadership.

You will be responsible for managing P&L, labor, and guest experience, with emphasis on training, coaching, and operational excellence across shifts. Prior food service experience and Serve Safe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speak/read required.
• Restaurant/retail or supervisory experience required.
• Food Safety knowledge; Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee store operations for quality service and cleanliness.
• Recruit and develop store team members.
