Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to supervise store operations in Arizona. You will recruit and develop the team, implement standards, and help achieve sales and profitability goals while owning the store’s P&L.

You will lead shifts, ensure product quality and service, and coach staff to deliver a memorable guest experience. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader with food-safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Math and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver quality service.
• Manage scheduling, purchasing, and cost control to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee shift operations and drive a great guest experience.
