Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality managerial experience or customer service management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and improve sales and brand awareness.
• Lead and supervise staff, coach, and motivate team members.

• Develop training and leadership for new managers and staff.
• Collaborate with events and special promotions during MLB/MLS games.
• Monitor costs and optimize food, beverage, and labor profitability.
