Texas Roadhouse in Bastrop, Texas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. You will lead hourly staff, manage schedules, drive guest satisfaction, control costs, and train teams to uphold recipes and safety standards while maintain­ing a fun, safe work environment.

You will also contribute to continuous growth, promote a positive culture, and participate in coaching and performance reviews

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or higher.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Train Front of House and Back of House staff.
