Whataburger in Midland, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high‑volume store with a 4M+ annual sales footprint and a large team. You will drive hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence while guiding a team to deliver great meals and service every day.

You will coach and empower Family Members, oversee cost controls, and ensure safety and brand standards across all shifts. A strong leadership track opens paths to Operating Partner opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain during training.
• Strong coaching and development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards to create friendly, fast experiences.
• Coach and develop Family Members to reach their full potential.
