Raising Cane’s in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold the brand’s standards and culture during shift management. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, interact with customers, and lead crewmembers across shifts.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, strict adherence to policies, and effective team leadership, with opportunities for weekly pay, bonuses, and career growth in a growing restaurant concept.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and energetic with strong written and verbal communication.
• Work effectively independently and collaboratively.
• Recognize problems, set goals and convert plans into action.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Manages shift responsibilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Handles cash and ensures accountability during shifts.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses rewards program to recognize crewmembers and drives performance.
• Authorizes manager-approved actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
