Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Texas to lead a high-volume store, oversee a team of 50+ associates, and drive exceptional hospitality and operations. You’ll manage daily activities, coach staff, and ensure quality standards across service, food safety, and profitability.

You will work on a rotating set of responsibilities, with opportunities for career advancement toward Operating Partner roles.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards by creating friendly, fast experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are upheld.
