You will manage daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, while ensuring food safety and brand standards.

You will also drive sales and profitability through cost control and marketing initiatives, and recruit, train, and develop team members for growth and success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
