You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily systems with accuracy while developing people, driving results, and upholding food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, lead-by-example attitude with a passion for people
• Ability to create a positive work culture where team members feel supported
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
