Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide new team members during onboarding.
• Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace.
• Reports serious issues to manager and HR as needed.
• Conducts food safety and prep audits daily.
• Conducts daily inventory monitors performance and cash procedures.
• Assist with schedule creation and deploying the team correctly.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals.
• Monitors inventory and food preparation to adhere to company standards.
• Responsible for daily inventory, deliveries, opening/closing, and staffing adjustments.
