The Cheesecake Factory in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will coach a 30+ person team, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while monitoring labor and profit targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses
