The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service environment. You will coach a 30+ member team, focus on guest satisfaction, and support kitchen execution while driving labor cost control and sales growth.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a full-service bar.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, sales, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses
