Qualifications

• 2+ years of FOH restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Experience in developing and coaching the team.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, labor, food safety, cost controls, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in dining room, bar, and kitchen as needed.
• Develop and coach team to deliver high hospitality standards.
