The Twelve Thirty Club is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service team in Nashville. You will drive guest experiences, oversee staff, and manage daily operations with a focus on quality and financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restaurant leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to coach and develop a skilled team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrates working understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manages shifts with daily decision making, scheduling and planning.
• Creates memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understands flavors, aromas and characteristics of food ingredients and wines.
• Ensures product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Remains calm and effective in a high-volume environment.
• Manages on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
• Understands POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).
• Coaches, leads and develops restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff; schedule shifts.
• Monitor financial performance and controllable costs.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Ensure consistency in guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar on menu execution and wine pairings.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and graciously to protect the brand.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
